Line Managers

Hi5 has 3 permissions: Administrator, Line Manager and Employee. As a Line Manager, you will be able to access the data of the employee(s) you are responsible for. Additionally, you will have access to the following features:

1) Hi5 Dashboard

Once you've logged in, you will be directed to your Dashboard. This is where you'll get a good overview of your company, as well as access your company's Hi5 Wall of Fame.

2) Recognition Dashboard

On the Hi5 Dashboard, click on the button called Reports

Then choose Recognition Dashboard.

The Recognition Dashboard is where you will be able to see who is receiving and giving the most Hi5's in your team:

3) Company Status

On the Company Status tab, under My Company, you will find all the ratings for the co-workers you lead. 

You can see detailed views of each co-worker's ratings and filter the results by time period, department, role and office.

4) Manage section

In the Manage section under the My Company tab, you will see the co-workers you lead  and their info, as well as the people they lead. You can view all the info the Admin sees. See How to use the Manage Section for more details.

5) Creating & Editing Roles

Each co-worker can create a role with goals (depending on Admin settings). Line Managers can review these roles and edit them.

Go to Roles in your Hi5 menu.

Simply select the role which you would like to edit, and click Save to save your changes.

You can also create new roles. 

Important Note: Line Managers can create roles, but they must be reviewed & assigned by an Admin. Only Admins can assign roles to co-workers. For more information on how to set up roles and goals, please see How to add roles.

6) Company Feedback

On your Reports dashboard, you can request external feedback from clients.

In the Company Feedback page, click Request Feedback. 

A feedback request form will pop up. Simply fill out the Email and Full Name fields with your client's details. You can also customise the Subject and Message of the email to be sent. We will automatically add your name to the footer of the email.

7) Pulses

Line Managers can create & manage Pulses - go to your Pulses tab under My Company.
