Filtering by Cycles/Time Periods in Co-Worker Overview

Important note: Ratings is a legacy feature. On 30 Nov 2021 we’re saying goodbye to legacy Rating cycles on Hi5. So, if you’re still running ratings on our legacy feature, follow the steps here to download your Company Status report and to move performance reviews over to Pulses.

There may be a time when you are looking through an employee's Co-Worker Overview and there is no data in their report.

This means that the employee was not rated in the time period or rating cycle you have selected. This may be because the employee was not an existing user during the time period selected, or the time period selected is one where no ratings have taken place yet. 

To correct this, do the following:

Step 1

Go to the calendar icon in the top left corner of the page. 

Step 2

Select a time period or a Cycle during which:

You know ratings in your company have occurred.
The selected employee had a Hi5 account, and was rated by their co-workers.

Step 3

To see all of an employee's ratings, go to the top right-hand corner of the screen and select View All.

To isolate a specific time period, select Custom Range and enter the time period you want to see ratings from.

Click on the specific dates on the calendar, and the relevant ratings will appear.
