How to use the Company Status Section

The Company Status report shows you everyone in your company's Goals and Culture ratings. You can get detailed Employee overviews on each person for further insights on their ratings, as well as PDF and CSV reports.

Important note: Company Status is a legacy feature. On 30 Nov 2021 we’re saying goodbye to legacy Rating cycles on Hi5. So, if you’re still running ratings on our legacy feature, follow the steps below to download your Company Status reports and then move performance reviews over to Pulses.

Step 1

Go to Reports under My Company.



Step 2

In the Reports section, click on Company Status.



Step 3: Company Status Team Ratings

This view shows all the ratings in the company, whether pending or completed. You can check overall ratings scores and get a good idea of how your co-workers are doing.



Pro tip: Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the results by time period, Department, Role, Office, Rating status or simply type in search for co-workers.

Click on the CSV or PDF button in the bottom right-hand corner to download a company overview report of all the ratings (depending on your filters).



Step 4: Employee Overview of Rating data

Click on a co-worker's rating card to get an overview of that person's profile & ratings.



Each employee overview will display rating scores, comments from co-workers, notes and Hi5'ing information.



Pro tip: Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the rating results by Type of rating (Exclude self-ratings, view self-ratings only or view Line Manager's ratings only), time period, Department, Role, or Office.

Download and backup a PDF of the results (more on Co-worker Overview reports here).



You can also include the notes that co-workers left on this person. Click Download.



Step 5: What co-workers are saying

In the Employee Overview, click View Details on one of the Employee's rating cards (Culture Performance/Goal Performance). 



In this view you can delve deeper into your co-worker's ratings to get insights on what individual raters said and when. 



Switch between Goals ratings and Culture ratings, by clicking on the Totals buttons at the top of the page:



But wait, there's more! You can also use Company Status to check whose ratings still need to be done, as well as remind co-workers to rate each other.
