Upgrading your plan to Hi5 Awesome or Business

So, you've tried and love Hi5 Basic (free forever!), but now you'd like to upgrade to a paid plan? Follow these simple steps to set up your paid plan:

Step 1

Login to your Hi5 account. Go to Settings under My Company. You will be on the Billing page.

Step 2: Choose an option

Under the Billing tab, you will see 2 upgrade options:

Awesome: Offers Recognition reports, see who received the most Hi5's, Hi5 crowning and view Hi5's on your Wall of Fame forever. Awesome is free for up to 10 users.

Business: Offers all the benefits of Awesome plus company and co-worker rating on Values & Goals, Pulse surveys, as well as access to detailed reports.

Once you've decided which package is best for you, click on the red button that says UPGRADE TO ...

Step 3

Apply any discount codes that you may have received from Hi5, or click Start Now.

Step 4

Enter your payment details and start enjoying Hi5 Awesome™ or Hi5 Business™!

Once you've completed your upgrade, you will be able to view your invoices and export them as PDFs. See our help article on How to print your invoice.
