External Pulses
Want to get feedback from your clients on how your company or a certain individual is doing? Or simply create a survey that you can send to anyone outside of your organisation?
You now have the option to create shareable Pulse surveys on Hi5. Here's how:
Option 1: Get feedback on the Company or Individuals
Here's a quick video on how to run Company or Individual pulses outside of your organisation:
Step 1
Go to My Company > Pulses. Click on the + icon in the bottom right corner to start a new Pulse.

Step 2
Name your Pulse, choose the frequency and create your questions. See this article for a step-by-step. Click Next once done.

Step 3
Choose your settings (Here's a step-by-step on what each of these settings mean).
When it comes to your Pulse Type, choose either Rate the company or Individual.

The External Pulse checkbox will appear under the Additional section. Toggle this on to create your unique Pulse link.

Step 4
Once you're happy with all your settings, click Publish and confirm. You'll be shown your unique link and sharing options. Click OK to finish.

Step 5
Once you're back on the Pulses page, you'll notice that your External Pulse has a link icon - you can always get your shareable link here.

Option 2: Build your own survey
If you want to get feedback on anything (not specifically on the company or individuals at your company), you can simply build a survey and send the link to your participants:
Repeat Steps 1 to 3 above.
When it comes to your Pulse type, choose External Feedback. Continue with Steps 4 and 5.

Step 6: Completing the External Pulse
Once you've shared your External Pulse link, your participants will be able to click & complete the pulse.

Step 7: View Pulse results
Now you can head on over to the Pulse Stats and watch the data roll in 🎉 You'll also be notified via email of Pulse completions.
