Co-worker Overview reports

Get a report on each Employee who has been rated on Goals and/or Culture. Use the rating type, time period, Department, Office and Role filters to build the report, then download a great-looking PDF to present to your Employee, or get your hands on the raw data with a CSV file.

Important note: Ratings is a legacy feature. On 30 Nov 2021 we’re saying goodbye to legacy Rating cycles on Hi5. So, if you’re still running ratings on our legacy feature, follow the steps here to download your Company Status report and to move performance reviews over to Pulses.

Step 1

Go to Reports under My Company in your Hi5 Menu.

Step 2

On the Reports  page, select Company Status.

This will show you all of the users in your account, along with their Culture and Goals scores.

Step 3

Filter by Department, Role, Office, types of Ratings in order to find the relevant Employee. Or just type their name into the search bar.

Step 4: Go to Co-worker Overview

Click View Details on any Employee's Goal/Culture card to get a more in-depth view of how they've been rated.

Step 5: Build your own report

This will take you to the Co-worker Overview page. Use the filters at the top of the page to build your report. In this example, we want to see all the ratings Alissa has ever received (so we filter by time period: View All):

Step 6: Download PDF or CSV

When you're happy with the results, you can download a PDF or CSV of the review report by clicking on the red PDF icon at the bottom right of the screen, or the CSV button next to the ratings.

A new browser tab will open - simply save/download the PDF/CSV and you're good to go!

Note: You can also navigate to the Co-worker Overview page by clicking on the Company Score button in Reports.

Company score will display all employees' aggregated scores on Goals and Culture for the current cycle. It will also display the company's overall Culture score for the current cycle.

Go to the relevant employee and click on Details. This will take you to the Co-Worker Overview page.
