Step 1

Go to My Company > Company Settings. On the Billing page, scroll to the bottom and click on the Downgrade button.

Step 2

Read the pop-up and decide if you definitely want to go ahead with your downgrade. Click Downgrade to confirm or No! Nevermind to go back.
